Stretch out your body and mind with this 20 minute full body Morning Yoga Stretch with NO FLOW to release full body tension and improve full body mobility. You’ll wake up your hamstring and hip flexors while getting deeper in your upper body mobility. Then take it a step further with deeper lunges and hamstring openers held for 2-3 breaths. After that you'll enjoy even deeper stretches bringing together all of your favorite poses before a final rest in savasana before sealing our practice with a namaste.
