This video outlines a 140-kilometre high speed rail line which would connect the cities of Manila and Lucena in 40 minutes. It would bring growth to cities and towns and the Philippine economy. The trains are capable of 350 km/h but it would only perform this between Lipa and Lucena.

It would carry as many as 49 million passengers a year with a ticket from Manila to Lucena would cost approximately ₱700.
