MsMilkytheclown | Fukushima Trouble: Japan Hosts "Nuclear Safety" Meeting update 11/24/12 @MsMilkytheclown | Uploaded August 2016 | Updated October 2024, 8 hours ago.
Japan to hold an international meeting with 30 other countries next month to discuss "decommissioning the troubled (just troubled) reactors", decontamination (can't be done), and safety measures of other people living around other reactors in case of another accident. Way to Plan Ahead! Well, better late than never I guess, eh? WTF.
Here's a document that shows that the NRC has Not learned anything from the Fukushima disaster and delays decisions as to what to do.
