Shot this with the Fujifilm X-T4 and the Fujinon 50mm f2 prime lens. I let the ISO run as high as it wanted to since I was shooting as we were driving around at night on the back roads of the Pacific Northwest suburbs. The IBIS is turned on since the lens has no OIS.

The background music I wrote years ago on Fruity Loops 3 with the vocoder vocals coming in from the Microkorg synth. There might also be some Casio CZ5000 melodies in there.
You’ll notice that the footage is pretty jerky at moments but in a rather mechanical way. I believe that is due to the Fujifilm X-T4 IBIS which tends to be pretty rigid, which is great for static shots but not so much for dynamic movement situations.
The Classic Negative film simulation which I applied to the video is very pleasing in terms of mood and color look, in my opinion. This is one of the strengths of the Fujifilm system of cameras, being able to apply distinctive but versatile looks to both footage and photos.
One last word about the music, I wrote this track being inspired by both John Carpenter soundtracks and early Sierra point and click adventure backgrounds on the first outings of Police Quest, Space Quest, and Leisure Suit Larry.
