Flavored with just a hint of zest, these little cookies resemble slices of Lemons, Limes, and Oranges. A simple butter based dough comes together in three colors, and is chilled until solid and easy to slice. Rolling them in decorating colored sugar gives each cookie a little crunch before they melt in your mouth!
