What’s an easy fruity dessert that’s fun for the whole family? Betty Crocker’s answer: Fruit Fondue.

Tart, tangy and delicious! Today we’re making two fondues — the Raspberry Fondue has quite a pucker to it, and pairs perfectly with angel food cake and waffles, whereas the Blueberry-Cinnamon Fondue has a pleasant warmth and sweetness that pairs well with fruit such as pineapples, strawberries and bananas. Both fondues are super easy to make, and super fun to eat!

We also explore how the Swiss Cheese Union and the Space Race allowed fondue to become the hottest mid-century food fad in America!
