Make this easy berry yogurt bark with Greek yogurt, strawberries, blueberries, and granola! 🍓🫐 A simple frozen snack that’s creamy, crunchy, and perfect for busy mornings or a refreshing treat. INGREDIENTS BELOW👇
📝 INGREDIENTS
Yield: 4
Ingredients:
2 cups Greek yogurt
½ cup diced strawberries
¼ cup blueberries
¼ cup granola
Instructions:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pour the yogurt in the middle of the baking sheet and gently spread it from the middle out. Top with strawberries, blueberries, and granola.
Freeze until the yogurt is firm, about 4 hours.
Coarsely chop into large pieces and serve or transfer into a zip bag and keep in freezer.
