"Kaleidoscope"
The battle continues. Following Ivory's fall into one of the peaks, she regains consciousness in a crystal cave system underneath the rocky surface, and is ambushed by Zuriak. I've finished the GDoc containing the story of each song, my thoughts, and details on why I chose the art I commissioned.
I started this song last December and it is the one I am most proud of by far. I don't know what to say honestly. I never expected it to end this way when I started it 13 months ago. I am awful at articulating myself and getting words on paper; there was still so much I wish I could've elaborated on. Maybe I am just a musician and that is that. One of my goals I had for this album was to get remembered for something once the show ends, and now that it has, who I'm not sure if it will happen or not. All I have left to say is I'm glad I got to share one last album with you all and thanks for supporting me throughout the past year.

All hope is lost
Above the dark clouds and snow
This land will suffer his plague
The moon fades
Everlasting night beyond my only home
From the shroud, his might is strong
And I gaze in his green eyes of pure fear

In the dark wasteland of ice and snow

Bringing cold forevermore

The last of my will begins to die
And the flames drown
Ice pierces my heart
Tears and my blood rain down
The star burning red breaks apart
And the grey heavens bleed only gloom
The skies weep the eternal snow
Over all, over one
Destiny calls for me
The thorn of life and death
I have never felt so cold
The cosmic force comes to me
The thorns consume all the frost
My final breath escapes
And I fall over the white, frozen hell
Light fades from my eyes
His fate forged from fire
The sun re-emerges bright
The frozen nature thaws
And my death draws so near
