This fun science experiment allows you to create “Frozen” inspired ornaments. This craft will allow you to explore the science of solutions and crystal formation with your kids while making tree ornaments using Borax your family can cherish and use for years!

Sodium tetraborate is a skin irritant, so please make sure children are supervised at all points during this experiment. You may also want to wear gloves, eye protection and be sure to thoroughly wash your hands when you are done.

What you will need:
Borax
Water
Thread
Chopsticks
Chenille craft sticks or pipe cleaners
Large mug or bowl
Scissors
Tablespoon
