Speaker: Kaleb Neal is an independent transportation analyst based in St. Louis, Missouri. Kaleb’s studies focus on operational robustness in transit networks, transportation equity, and transportation control systems. Kaleb holds an undergraduate degree in mathematics, a graduate certificate in operations research, and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in operations research.
