Found this forgotten gem in my archives, while I was looking for clips for another video. Please forgive me the numerous filming errors and issues you can spot in the footage: younger me trying to record airplanes for the first time during an air show, with my battered old camera, dealing with zoom and autofocus problems..
The video is about the magnificent Panavia PA-200 Tornado IDS operated by the Italian Air Force's Reparto Sperimentale Volo (RSV), sporting the iconic livery designed to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the 311º Gruppo Volo, responsible for flight tests and the official display team of the Italian Air Force. Watch it tearing up the skies at Jesolo Air Show in 2017!
