As a little girl in Rwanda, Amina felt like an embarrassment — often sick, bullied and worried she’d have to quit school at age 12. Then her mom brought her to a local church partnering with Compassion, where she received care, education and hope in Jesus. There, Amina learned to dream beyond poverty, forming a plan to become a businesswoman.
