They finally patched my soft locked mission. After 100 hours, my XP has been held hostage and I was able to dump it all into leveling up in Hedgemont. I was soft locked on the first mission (Own The Spot : Hedge Bustler) right before you unlock the shop and dailies/weeklies... so I've had to join randoms to level Hedgemont this whole time : )
