Sourdough Donuts:

Maple Syrup Glaze:
1 cup maple syrup
3 tablespoons butter
pinch of salt
Bring maple syrup and butter to a gentle boil. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until glossy and slightly thickened. Pour mixture into the bowl of your stand mixer and whip on high speed until thickened to glaze consistency.
Pumpkin Chocolate Chunk Muffins:
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups raw honey
2 tsp baking soda
4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp real salt
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups butter, softened
30 oz can pumpkin puree
1 cup sourdough starter
3 cups chopped chocolate
In a large bowl, whip butter, honey, and eggs, Beat until fluffy, then add pumpkin puree and sourdough starter and whip again. Add in flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until combined. Fold in chopped chocolate.
Divide into muffin liners and bake at 350 for 15- 20 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean.
