Deep Look | From Mites on Drones to Deadly Mushrooms – A Deep Look Screening and Q&A @KQEDDeepLook | Uploaded 3 years ago | Updated 6 minutes ago
It’s a new year, and KQED’s wildlife series about the very small, Deep Look, has some new, weirdly wonderful critters it would like you to meet in 2021.

First, we'll play four Deep Look videos. You’ll discover silk-swinging caterpillars that just might ruin your picnic, mites that rain down from drones to help save your strawberries, and beach hoppers that work all night so your beach walks are on pristine sand. Plus, it’s mushroom foraging season, so we’ll be showing a bonus video all about the notorious death cap mushroom –– one fungus you don’t want on your dinner plate!

After the screening, please stick around for a Q&A.
