Digital patient questionnaires have a variety of advantages over collecting patient information on paper or verbally. These include patients’ ability to choose the time and location for their responses, conditional logic that adapts questions based on patients’ past responses, pre-scheduled distribution and streamlined data analysis. To help realize these benefits, Providence Health Care (PHC) has implemented the Thrive Health patient engagement platform. This presentation will share benefits, challenges and learnings PHC has experienced with digital questionnaires.
