I took a broken 1/12th scale Hulk action figure and gave it new life as a custom Halloween-inspired toy! Using Super Sculpey, I sculpted a terrifying jack-o’-lantern head with creepy eyes and gnarly teeth. After sculpting, I went all in on a custom paint job, building up layers and layers of washes to create depth, texture, and a sinister glow.
The result? A muscle-bound pumpkin monster I’m calling “Jacked-O-Lantern” — part action figure, part Halloween horror! This custom figure combines toy restoration, sculpting, and painting techniques to create a one-of-a-kind collectible.
