Seven-year-old West lives with his widowed mom in a remote village in Indonesia. For years, they survived by collecting rainwater and then searching the forest for murky puddles to drink from—water that smelled bad, caused stomach aches, and made his skin itch.
Thanks to friends like you, Operation Blessing installed a rainwater harvesting system with a 500-gallon tank right by their home—providing safe, clean water for drinking, bathing, and cooking. Thirty-three other families in the village also received their own systems, transforming daily life in powerful ways.
