This is the story of how Toms Ivans, a young breakdancer and part-time chef, became the world champion of indoor skydiving at the World Cup of Indoor Skydiving 2018 in Bahrain.
Toms Ivans is an Aerodium team member, tunnel coach, and show flyer who has participated in spectacular projects that include the first open recirculation wind tunnel show at Disneyland Shanghai, is Guinness World Record holder for the most flips in a wind tunnel, and has trained Tom Cruise for the HALO jump scene for the movie "Mission: Impossible - Fallout" in the world's biggest open wind tunnel to name a few. But not many know the humble beginnings of a young boy from a poor suburb.
