From 12 oak planks, I make a beautiful round wooden frame for a Beatles metal sign. In this step-by-step video, I show how I built this woodworking project using several of my woodworking and router jigs. From cutting the pieces at 60-degree angles and assembling the hexagons, to gluing them together and cutting the wooden ring. Then, I trimmed both the inner and outer circles to make them perfect, and routed a recess on the inside to fit the Beatles metal sign. After sanding and varnishing, I ended up with a simple yet beautiful wooden frame.
