There was a really bad cafeteria called "Dillin" that I had to eat at when I was at the summer camp where I made this cartoon in 1993. The food was so bad I made cartoons about it, and the cafeteria also made an appearance in this one. Anyway, this is the third installment of the "Frogzilla" series where Frogzilla faces his mechanical duplicate, Mecha-Frogzilla.
