It's been quite a while since I've done one of these, hasn't it?
Anyway, this version of Frogger is impressively identical to the original arcade game (as far as I'm aware, anyway). But it isn't a straight emulation. It's a recreation of the game running in Shockwave, made to tie in with the release of the rebooted Frogger game for Playstation 1 and other consoles around that time.
If you want to play this game, I highly recommend checking out BlueMaxima's Flashpoint. This is a preservation project for all games and animations made in Flash and obsolete Internet plugins, and you would be able to play them immediately and without Internet once they first boot on your computer. I've archived lots of games for it, myself, including this one.
