Stupid Robot Fighting League - Friskies the Destroyer with Murray vs Gorgatron 9000 with El Minion
Welcome to fight 3/3 from Maker Faire Wellington 2018.

The final fight pitches two friends and two old rivals against each other in battle. Also, the crowd calls for blood!
On the left we have, "Friskies the Destroyer" fighting with, "Murray." Murray was designed by Adriano Justicia from Madrid in Spain.
Murray boasts the first Stupid Robot to have a horned head consisting of the handlebars of a small plastic tricycle. The rest of his body consists of large cans and hoses from a vacuum cleaner.
On the right we have the slightly more experienced fighter, "Gorgatron 9000" fighting with the Grandfather of all Stupid Robots, "El Minion."
El Minion is made from tins and cans. Hie eyes are made from tuna cans but if you notice his magnificent tusks, they are made from a plastic toy shopping cart.
This was a fantastically frantic fight in front of a vocal crowd. This is exactly what I hope for whenever we do an event.

Stupid Robot Fighting League is a funny new sport from Te Puke, New Zealand.
In it's simplest form, two robots with no robotics are controlled by poles attached to their hands, feet and head.
They beat up the other robot. It's lots of fun. If one robot's head is removed it's counted as a knockout.
We hope to make you laugh. We hope to have fun.
