The Frisco community came together Saturday morning to dedicate the new Purple Heart Monument at the Frisco Veterans Memorial. Several Purple Heart recipients attended the ceremony including Frisco resident and guest speaker Captain Florent A. “Flo” Groberg, U.S. Army (Retired). You can visit the new monument, located on the east side of the Veterans Memorial in Frisco Commons Park - 8300 McKinney Rd.
