In the latest #FriscoFlyover get a birds eye view of the progress. The 4th Street Plaza turf has been installed, and crews are putting the finishing touches on the ribbon structure over the north and south living rooms. The plaza is close to being finished and the parking garage is open and serving visitors to The Rail District.
