You can find these beads available on my website, though they are very common beads and you probably have some in your stash.

Material List:
A pendant of your choice or the bottle pendant from the Treasure Bags
Approximately 70-4.5mm triangle beads
Approximately 40-3x2mm rondelle beads
Approximately 160-4mm glass pearl beads
8/0 and 15/0 Seed beads
4 small wire guardians
3-4 mm jump rings
8 mm jump ring
A lobster claw clasp
Soft Flex Fine beading wire
4 size 2 crimp tubes
Size 12 beading needle
6 pound fire line
Approximately 6 inches of chain
Fringe sequence:
NOTE: end every fringe sequence with a 15/o
1st 4 fringes:
2-15/o, 1-3x2mm, 1-8/o, 1-4mm crystal or pearl
2nd set of four fringes:
3-15/o, 2-3x2mm, 1-8/o, 4mm, 15/o, 4mm
3rd set of four fringes:
3-15/o, 3x2mm, 15/0, 3x2mm, 8/0, 3-4mm beads with 15/0 between
Fourth sequence :
NOTE: Finish the remaining spiral beads with this sequence
4-15/o, 3-3x2mm with 2-15/o between them, 8/0, 4-4mm with 15/o between them
