This is their song, 100%. I don't think there is any Free! romance stronger implied than these 2. Hiyori definitely has a crush on Ikuya, as I seriously doubt any platonic friend would be as possessive and creepy as he is. I actually like his character, it's unique and I haven't seen many characters like him in the other shows I watch. I hate Ikuya though.
I don't ship these 2 because of Hiyori's toxicity and Ikuya's obvious undying crush on Haru, but I really enjoy watching their dynamic.
