Some would say that Jack Farlow had one of his best season as an athlete in 2025. The 2023 CrossFit Games athlete competed in a multitude of events while taking time off from the Games season including a few HYROX events and competing in the inaugural World Fitness Project season. While juggling finishing up his college degree, he was able to secure a WFP Pro Card, working himself up from a challenger athlete to a 2026 signed pro, placing 11th in the final WFP standings. This season, he's challenging himself to continue to improve and has gotten off to a great start to the World Fitness Tour season, placing 8th in the first tour stop in London last weekend.

How will the Biomedical Engineer balance this season as he navigates both the WFP and Games season? Brian catches up with the Canadian to discuss this and other topics such as the professionalization of the sport of fitness and how his life has changed now that he has finished school.
