Pa. state Rep. Paul Friel urged colleagues to pass his legislation that would give local municipalities the ability to pause data center application considerations while they develop and update their data center ordinances. Friel says that local governments deserve the time to get as much feedback & information as possible in order to develop appropriate local protections.
