A short video showing how Uncle Scott cooks fried chicken tenders. We hand-cut 1-2 pounds of chicken breasts into strips, and then marinate them in the fridge for 3-4 hours in a mix of buttermilk, salt, hot sauce, garlic, and rosemary. Then we shake off the excess marinade and dredge them in a mix of flour, corn starch, salt, and pepper. Then (carefully) heat peanut oil in a heavy cast iron skillet to about 360F, and fry the tenders until golden brown and up to at least 165F internally. Then we chow down!
