There are only so many instances of children screaming out predator allegations that should be tolerated. Eventually, it gets to the point where people need to learn the difference. While children, overall, may be able to excuse a lot of their actions because of their naivety and lack of development, once you start throwing out life ruining allegations as though they're candy, you lose the ability to use that to explain away your actions. This is especially the case if any time someone doesn't automatically believe you, you and your crew descend on them as a group. At that point you look less like the noble heroes you want to be and more like the nescient children you are.
