Bring cozy fall and winter flavors to your kitchen with these fresh-milled molasses gingersnap cookies—a family-favorite that reminds me so much of the cookies my grandpa baked for us growing up.
In this video, I use 100% fresh-milled soft white wheat and rich unsulfured blackstrap molasses to make the warmest, spiciest, most nostalgic cookie. You can choose whether to make them soft and chewy or crisp and snappy, depending on your preference—I'll show you exactly how to achieve both textures!
