Bruschetta recipe:
1 1/2 cups chopped and seeded tomatoes
1/4 cup finely chopped basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 to 1 cup feta cheese
Add all the ingredients together in a medium bowl, except the feta. Start by stirring in 1/2 cup of the feta. You want the mixture to be moist but not soupy. Add more feta as needed to achieve the desired consistency. Adjust flavors as needed. Cover and leave on the counter or refrigerate for 30 minutes. Top on toasted baguette.
Garlic bread tomato pizza
4 slices of frozen garlic bread
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, divided
4 slices fresh tomato
1/2 pound ground breakfast sausage
1 small white onion thinly sliced
Original Seasoning
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. and place the garlic bread on a greased cookie sheet then top with a layer of cheese, then add a tomato slice to each one. Season with Original .Then cover again with cheese, add the sausage and sprinkle more cheese on top and bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy.
Let cool slightly and serve.
