We are finally out of the sewers and stepping into Cyrodiil for the very first time! I've played a lot of Skyrim and messed around in Morrowind and Daggerfall, but I have never actually finished an Elder Scrolls game. That changes now?
I'm playing the official Oblivion Remastered (2025) on Game Pass to see if the new Unreal Engine 5 graphics and updated mechanics hold up even 2026. I am going in 100% Blind—no guides, no spoilers. Let's see what happens when the Emperor dies and we're left with the Amulet of Kings!
Current Status: Just exited the sewers, looking for Jauffre, exploring the Great Forest.
