A quick video to show you how we are enjoying the fresh ground grains. Had to replace the Mockmill with a Wondermill to get good results. The heat from the Mockmill seems to cause issues with the yeast and the Wondermill doesn't overheat the flour giving us much better results. Definitely made a mistake believing all the Mockmill videos I watched never mentioning the heat issue. Much prettier loaves with the Wondermill
