Easy Kale Salad Recipe

Several bunches of kale
1 cup dried cranberries
3/4 cup black walnuts
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Dressing
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon preserved lemon juice (optional)
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
Salt and Pepper to taste
