FRESH BREAD, BIG IMPACT: Just 6 months after opening in Southside, Oui Oui Boulangerie is now a Retail Rescue partner with the Chattanooga Area Food Bank — turning unsold pastries and baguettes into meals for neighbors facing food insecurity.
Owners Johann & Siliza Tremor live just down the street and see the need firsthand. Now, twice a week, surplus bread heads straight to the Chatt Foundation's kitchen, which serves meals 365 days a year and has seen demand climb this summer.
