Alain Robert, mainly known as the French Spiderman for his daunting climbs of skyscrapers around the globe, climbed a 190 metre high skyscraper in the business district of La Defense near Paris, to entice people to do more sport.

The 62 year-old climber paired with another French professional climber, 31 year-old Sebastien Bouin, for his first climb of a building.

Robert says people in there fifties often get discouraged about staying fit but argues he is the living example that it is possible to be in your 60s and still be performant.
