Here is my explanation of the present subjunctive in French. I hope it helps you remember the endings.
The patterns are:
You usually use the sound if the "ils" form ("they" form).
You usually use the imperfect tense for the nous/vous form.
There is a letter "I" or it sounds like there's one in the nous/vous forms.
