There are so many stereotypes out there about French people — some negative, some positive; some true, some false. But one stereotype is all too accurate: French people love to complain.

This is a clichĂ© that we actually embrace and agree with here in France. Whether it’s the weather, our jobs, or our government, we love finding something to complain about. In today’s lesson, I’ll explain this culture around complaining, and how it affects our day-to-day life in France.
