After giving up GS1 to pottoww's insane run, I went here and got this in a little over an hour.

I decided I could get the mid-air rock jump to this planet faster than I could find a frame to save in pottoww's run. I got 2 over to the planet with 1 hour of attempts. The first one didn't WR and didn't have a great angle/landed in a spot past the goomba statue up top which wasted tons of time.

This run, however, landed where I wanted so I could execute the route I came up with for the star chips. I made a few major mistakes here but still saved enough time to beat the old WR by about 2 seconds.

Major mistakes:
-Missing the crystal with a starchip. I hit it 80% of the time so this was unlucky.
-Missing the starchip in the snow tree and having to go back for it
-Super slow camera cancel lmao

Here's my mash method so far for infinite rock jumps:
Hold the wiimote sideways and put the nunchuk down. With your left hand curl your index finger along the top of the wiimote to the backside. Put both your left thumb and right thumb on the a button. When you are in rock form for best results jump once normally then shake the controller by raising it using your left index finger hooked behind the controller and press a at the same time, then begin 2 thumb mashing while continuing to shake the controller with your left arm/hooked left index finger.
