In 1999, Jesse Jackson went on a historic trip that resulted in the release of three POWs caught in what was then called Yugoslavia. Alongside him was DCTV co-founder Jon Alpert, who was on the bus that took these soldiers from Belgrade to Croatia and captured their stories about incarceration. The footage was broadcast on ABC as part of World News Tonight and also here, on ABC's 20/20.
