In 1999, Jesse Jackson went on a historic trip that resulted in the release of three POWs caught in what was then called Yugoslavia. Alongside him was DCTV co-founder Jon Alpert, who was on the bus that took these soldiers from Belgrade to Croatia and captured their stories about incarceration.
