I'm gonna be honest. I didn't realize Frozo-I mean Neera would be playable until like a week or so ago. But I always liked her in FP1, and here she's been fully fleshed out into a really interesting set of dynamics that I'm not quite fully able to harness yet. To clarify: If she freezes an enemy with her specials, she can use that enemy as a platform or execute them by hitting them with a normal attack to shatter the ice.
