Looking very similar to the 1160 Decade Inductor, it is different because of the ranges involved. The 1162 covers from .0001Hy to .11Hy in .0001Hy steps, so it provides two lower decades of inductance not found on the 1160.
The 1162 is being tested at 100Hz, using a DER5000 as the standard. The test results are on the video.
