This glitch finding is one of the greatest every yet discovered in Tears of the Kingdom and I recommend viewing of the original showcase linked below for some proper dual-state examples which can achieve things such as use a hover stone in your flyer and have it WEIGHTLESS except when you want to air park. I've yet to figure out exactly how to do that but intend to show that subsequently in the event of learning how.

Time stopping (which I left unexplained in the video) actually has an example at 10:06 where it freezes a timebomb countdown. It can also do this with water orbs and Gohma bombs.
