I bought my land at a county auction.
The land had no legal right of way.
I discovered that if I make a road, and use it for 20 years, I could file for a legal easement.
I did that.
Without an easement land is worthless.
I recorded the easement with the county.
I essentially repaired a piece of land that the county sold as broken.
If you are interested in purchasing the 1 acre I recently subdivided, please send info and offer to PO Box 1731 Utah 84066. I am hoping to sell it to an easy going person that could feed my cats and chickens every now and then.
