Skin cancer is the most common cancer in America, but when detected early, many skin cancers are easily treatable. The community is invited to attend free skin screenings at Center for Dermatology and Plastic Surgery, Paradise Valley location (5206 N. Scottsdale Rd, Paradise Valley) in partnership with the American Academy of Dermatology on Friday August 14th from 3:00 pm till 6:00 pm. No appointment is necessary, walk-ins are welcome. Free skin cancer screening examinations will be provided. Biopsies and procedures will not be performed during the event; patients with concerning findings will be directed to appropriate follow-up care.
