I've been saving this blue sparkly lace fabric for over a year, not totally sure what to make with it...but I finally got the inspo!
I used my Manhattan top pattern (it's FREE - link below to download yours!). The lace is sheer so I paired it with one layer of lightweight black poplin. Basically I just treated the 2 layers, lace and poplin, as one layer as I sewed.
I added a black velvet bow - I've been loving the contrast of navy blue with black lately!!
Wearing this on Saturday for a holiday dinner :-)
