I feel like Cheesecakes in the UK are different to ones in the US, in the UK that all have a buttery biscuit (Cookie) crumb Base, and the cream texture is like slightly thicker cream cheese type of vibe, but it seems like there isn't normally a biscuit base in the us, and the cream part just looks so different, like it has a crust and stuff, almost like a big campfire marshmallow almost, but way creamier - google it and tell me if you can see what I mean
