Our Free Media Fellows training for young New Yorkers is an amazing opportunity...but don’t just take our word for it!
Jack has been part of DCTV Youth Media for almost three years. During that time, he’s had films screened at several film festivals and even won prize money for a script he developed through the program.
As Jack puts it:
“DCTV... encapsulates the spirit of NYC. DCTV throws everything they have at giving educational spaces to kids, and I've learned so much, and its really such an awesome space!”
Now, he’s encouraging the next generation of young filmmakers to join him in the Media Fellows program!
Know a student ages 14–18 who’s interested in film, storytelling, or creative writing? Send them this reel and encourage them to apply.
